x11 - Installing Inkscape on Mavericks -

i have installed inkscape 0.48.2 on brand new mac mini running mavericks can never work crashes. once asked me x11 server have installed never worked ever since. should do?

make sure installed xquartz x server. http://xquartz.macosforge.org/

to see logs can try command line:

/applications/inkscape.app/contents/macos/inkscape
