java - Is there a framework availabe that will let me load all the tweets of a user? -

is there way, can download or see tweets user ? want see oldest tweets users when have 8k tweets. browsing down first 1 take long !

if there shell command or twitter-api available task ?

at most, can last 3,200 tweets. can retrieve 200 per request.
