Connect windows phone 8 with visual studio 2013 -

i have device has been registered developer account pc. im trying connect debug in pc,but not connecting , showing phone developer locked.what solution ,anyone?

if register device 1 pc account,the device should connected in other pc visual studio right?

check in developer account, whether device added account. if exists there, means device no longer developer locked. , should able connect pc in visual studio.
